Exchanges and Returns T&C's

Sale and Promotional Purchases:

Any product purchased at a discounted price during sale or a promotion is not eligible for refund or exchange, please ensure you choose carefully and we hope you love your purchase. 


If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or style we are happy to help. You are welcome to make an exchange instore, or courier back to us. To return by courier simply send the product including all tags and packaging to the below address with a note stating what you would like to exchange for. Please note we will not exchange items which have been worn or damaged and the return courier costs are at the customer's expense. If you would like the new item to be couriered out to you then you will need to pay the $8 re-delivery fee. The above only applies to items bought at full retail price.


If you wish to return an item you have purchased online you have 14 day window to do so. Providing the item has not been worn and all tags are intact you are welcome to return to store, or courier to the below address with a note stating your name and contact phone number and we will promptly issue you a refund.  Please note the return courier is at the customers expense and you will be refunded for the cost of the item excluding the original delivery fee. The above only applies to items bought at full retail price.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

In the event you receive an item and it is damaged or faulty please contact us on the below email address and we will replace it as quickly as possible.
